• Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to ship once your order has been placed. Your sale order may take a little longer to reach you than normal due to a high volume of orders. I really thank you for your patience.

• Domestic Ground Shipping 5 to 10 business days

• 2 Day Shipping with FedEx 2 business days

• Standard Overnight Shipping with FedEx 1 business day

FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2-day orders placed before 12pm CT will be processed the same business day. If you place an order after 12pm CT on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

• There cannot be changes or be any cancellations to an order once it has been placed

sometimes things don’t work out, so I want to make it easy for you.

Return policy

• Since everything is handmade and is one of a kind, andy del carmen only accepts exchanges.

• Once I receive and have recorded the item you would like to exchange, I will send the item you want to exchange.

• Exchanges are only accepted within 5 days of the delivery date for an exchange to take place.  All returns must be in perfect condition.

• Your item must be in new, unused condition in order to classify for an exchange.

• To initiate an exchange, please email andydelcarmenjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, name, shipping address, and item you would like to exchange your item for.

• If you have any questions, or need a little extra attention, please email andydelcarmenjewelry@gmail.com and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
